Deep down the answer is yes, but does my faith transcend my 'fleeting fancies'?

I hope & pray that God's renewing power in his Spirit, at work in me, continues to speak his truth to my soul!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05932422620259190752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20101151.post-1159191003313778762006-09-25T14:30:00.000+01:002006-09-25T14:30:00.000+01:00Im glad my blog post encouraged you - thats the ai...Im glad my blog post encouraged you - thats the aim!

I guess we must recognise that we are sinful and tend to follow our flesh desires of doing things that satisfy us, like: watching a movie, playing computer games etc.. Im not saying its bad to do them, but it becomes a problem when thats all you do and its in place of where God should be.

Which is why we need Jesus and must hold on to the promises that God gives us. Now He doesnt promise it will be easy, but He does promise we will become more like Him and that He gives us His Holy Spirit to guide us and change us.

Are our treasures in earth...or in heaven? for where your treasures are - there your heart will be...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
